Features:
1.The compressor we provided is integrally geared centrifugal air compressor,driven by motor.
2.The compressor, motor driver, lube oil system and inter gas cooler installed on a compact, common base.
3.Apply elect-power inlet guide vanefor adjusting discharge flow., don't need to additional instrument air.
4.The complete set of air centrifugal compressor will be supplying pressure air. The compressor is driven by the asynchronous motor.
5.The compressor unit shall be arranged in single level. The compressor, motor, inter coolers and lube-oil system will be installed on a common steel base plate. No need for anchor bolt.
6.The oil system, common for the air turbo-compressor and the main driver.
7.The compressor will be put indoor.
8.Mounting flange & connection accessory for all customer connections.

Introduction
Instead of monitoring the fluctuation of electricity strength to prevent surge like normal compressors, Atlas Copco's ZH series monitor the fluctuation of discharge pressure. If the frequency and peak exceed the presetting limit then compressor alarm and unload automatically.
Atlas Copco's ZH series apply advanced technology, pressure differential ratio surge anticipation. Some pressure differential sensors detect the pressure difference that can reflect the airflow rate and pressure ratio of the compressor. After MarkIV calculation the controller is able to anticipate the coming of surge. Thus it adjusts the compressor working status to avoid surge
